How to boost your immunity

1. In Biology, Immunity is the balanced state of multicellular organisms having adequate biological defences to fight infection, disease, or other unwanted biological invasion, while having adequate tolerance to avoid allergy, and autoimmune diseases. In simple words it is the ability to stay healthy even after you come in contact with infections or viruses.
